Shipping

We ship same-day on orders placed before 2 PM ET (Mon–Fri). Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days. Express ships in 1–2.

Yes — standard shipping is free on every U.S. order over $75. Express ($14) and overnight ($28) options are available at checkout.

Not yet. We ship to all 50 U.S. states plus APO/FPO addresses. International is on the 2026 roadmap.

Returns & exchanges

Thirty days from delivery. Items must be unworn with tags on. We don't charge restocking fees.

We do, on exchanges. On returns for refund, return shipping is $7 (deducted from the refund). Most boutiques charge $15+, so we like to keep it light.

Anything in our SALE collection or marked 40%+ off is final sale. Everything else is fully returnable.

Sizing

Every product page has fit notes from our team — we try every dress on a size 4 and a size 14 model. If it runs small, we say so.

Email or text us with your usual size and a piece you already own that fits well. We'll recommend a size in under an hour during open hours.

Most of our line runs to XXL or US 18. About 60% of the floor is sized XS–XXL. We're working on expanding to 22 by the end of the year.

Gift cards

Yes — digital gift cards in $25, $50, $100, $200, and any custom amount. Email us to order; we'll send the recipient a link the same day.

Never. They're good forever, can be used in-store or online, and combine with sales.
